Please note, if you are a brand new client there will be a required non-refundable deposit of $35 for your appointment. The $35 deposit will go towards your scheduled session. The non-refundable deposit will be lost if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, your non-refundable deposit will not be lost, it will be held as a credit for your rescheduled appointment.

We do not provide refunds.

Located in downtown Waukegan, on the southeast corner of Madison and County. Natural Balance Massage Therapy is located within the County Tower Professional building across the street from the Lake County Building.

Monday-Friday: 9:30am-7pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm Sunday: 12pm-4pm 

Please note that this location requires street parking. There are meters Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm. We have meter change in all of our rooms for you to reimburse yourself.

Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy

24-hour notification is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Under 24hrs will result is a $35 fee
Missed appointments without notification are subject to a fee equal to the session cost.
Arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
